Improved Infection Prevention and Control with Caterpillar Flexible Endoscope Channel Brushes

The Caterpillar™ Brush is the first endoscopic channel brush designed to be pulled through the biopsy and suction channel. The pull-through design eliminates the buckling that normally occurs from pushing a brush through the channel. This allows for the bristle length to be 12 inches while most other brushes on the market are 1/4" to 3/4". There are over 80,000 bristles on the Caterpillar Brush compared to other brushes that have around 600 bristles. This increases the efficacy and efficiency of each pass.
